Assessment of Collaborative Tendencies

Good collaboration skills are a common trait shared among successful professionals. It doesn't necessarily mean that they are completely harmonious or in agreement with everyone at one time, but it does mean having a working relationship where shared interests are served through the process of dialogue and cooperation. The Assessment of Collaborative Tendencies helps professionals assess and develop their collaboration skills.

The responses from the self-assessment and respondents will be compiled to provide

  • Overall summary of the results

  • Comparison of how the individual scored him/herself to the respondents scores

  • Summaries broken down by respondent type and skill
    • Listening and asserting
    • Problem solving
    • Facilitating

  • Overview of how he/she handles conflict


The knowledge gained from this assessment can be used by the professional to improve collaboration to produce better results when working with others.
